Dainese Smart Jacket LS Sport

Dainese Smart Jacket LS Sport is the ventilated and breathable motorcycle jacket that incorporates the Dainese D-air® airbag system. The construction in resistant, stretch, anti-abrasion materials and the Pro-Armor level 2 type B protectors on elbows and shoulders give the highest level of protection and coverage, with maximum comfort and freedom of movement. Maximum thermal comfort is guaranteed even on the hottest days by large mesh panels to ventilate the central section.

Smart Jacket LS Sport combines the versatility and performance of a Dainese sports jacket with the intelligence and superior protection of the Dainese D-air® airbag system, which automatically recognizes dangerous situations for the rider and activates to protect back and chest with the Shield, the airbag with patented microfilament technology. This exclusive tech solution allows uniform protection and inflation over the whole coverage area, without the need for hardshell protective gear. 

The D-Air® airbag system Smart Jacket requires no connection to the motorcycle. It can be used as a regular ventilated jacket or worn underneath a normal jacket. Without cables or connections, it detects dangerous situations and immediately activates the Shield. A microfilament designed airbag that provides the highest degree of protection to the chest and back, while limiting any movement of the neck and helmet. The system activates and protects in the event of a sliding, high side, collision with an obstacle or a vehicle, or a rear-end collision, even when you are standing still. With Smart Jacket LS, the Dainese D-air® system offers the covered areas a level of protection equivalent to seven level 1 back protectors, without the need for a rigid back protector.
